In 2010 with the help of their mother Debbie and stepfather Randy, the brothers Sean, Rich, & Chaz have been carving their niche into the Panama City Beach Fl market, by bringing, Local Fish & Farm to Table Vegetables to their simple, fresh, yet creative menu. Therefore, any day of the week you can find one of the brothers here. Importantly, locals since the 80’s, these guys know the meaning of “local-local” and C Level – Seafood & Steakhouse Restaurant has until recently just been a local spot serving steak and seafood. Because of this, over the last couple years with the social media boom, tourist have also begun to find their way into this little local’s hangout before hitting the the beaches.
